da roleta: A number of Aston Villa fans have called for Robert Snodgrass to return to the club in this summer’s transfer window.

Snodgrass spent the 2017-18 campaign on loan at Villa, finding the back of the net on seven occasions in 43 appearances before returning to parent club West Ham United.

The 6 ft attacker has been in decent form for the Hammers this term, scoring four times and providing nine assists in 35 games in all competitions.

The conversation all started when Snodgrass responded to a tweet from John McGinn, who starred in Villa’s 2-1 win at Rotherham United on Wednesday night.
